Refund Policy

At Veleron, we are committed to providing a high level of customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your item. Please note that we are unable to process returns or exchanges for items that have been customized, engraved, worn, used, altered, or damaged.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@veleron.com within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. All returned products are subject to inspection prior to approval of the refund. Upon receipt and verification, we will process your refund based on the original purchase price, including applicable taxes depending on the shipping destination. Please note that processing times may vary, and refunds may take several days to complete.

If you return your item through one of our Veleron boutiques, your refund may be issued as a store credit or exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. If your return is processed online, you may be offered a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange.

All sales are considered final if no refund request is made within the thirty (30) day period after delivery.

Please note that personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or does not match the original order. By placing an order for a customized product, you acknowledge that the item has been made specifically for your request and is therefore excluded from our standard return policy.
